This is a unique hand-made gel plate monoprint, made earlier this year by me in my home studio.
The Mediterranean clay textured look of the background was a happy accident. I initially laid down the background layer with orange rays on beige, but they looked brown and quite scruffy, so I painted on a thin layer of grey and it came out like this.

It comes in a genuine oak frame.
Important to note that the black text layer is professional quality liquid acrylic paint, not printer ink - some people are confused by the gel process, so I though it best to explain this and point out it will have the longevity of quality acrylic on archival paper, which is a lifetime when kept in optimal conditions.
